I am a caring person. I care about my friends. This isn’t the “coolest” thing in the world and you don’t get patted on the back for it. But it sure feels good to know that you care about people and people care about you.
Life doesn’t suck…
because I am a caring person
I look out for the people around me. My friends are all people that I really care about. This means that if something isn’t going well for them I make time to check in with them. I want to know if there is something I can do for my friends that they are aware of this.
I was always brought up to treat other people how I’d like them to treat me. Because of this, it’s important to me that I look out for the people around me. I think that it’s important to celebrate our successes. This means that I also think it’s important to help others celebrate their successes.
My friends are good at what they do. One of them has made some really big sales with her business this week. Another has done some really good work on a project that we are working on together. My fianceĆ© is doing really well with her business. I let these people know that I’m proud of them. It’s important to me that they know that I think they are doing a good job.
Celebrating our successes is something we need to do more of. It’s not a bad thing to be happy with what you’ve done. It also makes you feel really good about yourself. Celebrating other people’s successes makes them feel good, but it also feels good to pay people compliments and support them.
I’m grateful that I’ve been bought up to care about the people around me and it feels good to support them.
