Isn’t it great when things start to go to plan? You’ve put a couple of years of hard work in and the hard work starts to pay off. I feel like I’m sitting right on the verge of it all coming together. It feels good.
Life doesn’t suck…
because things start to go to plan
Business has been a learning curve for me. Being a nice guy and trusting everyone isn’t always going to give you the upper hand when it comes to running a business.
The more I learn, the more little adjustments I make to how I run my business. Each little adjustment makes things that little bit better. Learning from your mistakes is a really good feeling, especially when they make life easier and easier.
All these small adjustments have added up over time. I feel like I may finally be getting to a place where the hard work is all going to pay off. More and more of the hours I work are paid hours. Also, I’ve found some people to work with who can take some of my workload.
These people are less experienced than me so I’m able to teach them while they work. Secondly, they are cheaper than me so I can get them to do easier work for me and pay them to do this work. Once they work faster and are worth more money to my business I can raise the rate they earn.
I’m looking forward to seeing how the next couple of months go. I feel like it’s all going to get much much better and easier. I’m grateful for when things start to go to plan. The future is looking good.
